• If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days for a full refund.
• If the goods are faulty we must be notified immediately on delivery by calling us on 01 2760603 or by email to sales@sneakers.ie and the goods must be returned to us within 48 hours for a refund.
• Should you wish to make an exchange there will be €5 charge for re-shipping costs.
All goods returned must be unworn and in the original box.
The return postage charge must be paid by you, and this will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. It is advisable to return parcels by registered post or recorded delivery so it will be traceable as we cannot be responsible for goods, once in the postal system.
